The effectiveness of a rehydration drink is a balance between its palatability and its sodium concentration. Superhydro tastes great and contains a high level of sodium at 30mmol. Sodium promotes fluid intake and so helps drive rehydration. Superhydro Lemon also includes green tea antioxidants which both help protect against damage from oxidative stress.
