Food
At the end of a hard first day on the hill you need something tasty and nutritious to eat. Whilst you can take fresh food in a variety of plastic containers there is often a weight and cooking time penalty so an alternative worth considering is the freeze dried option. Forget the dried meals of years ago these meals are now tasty and quick and easy to prepare using water and only the minimal amount of cooking time - if any at all.
We have picked a selection of savoury and sweet meals in one portion handy packs. They are satisfying and tasty and are something to look forward to at the end of the day.
