We do our best to ensure the descriptions and images of goods on the website are correct but occasionally specifications and descriptions may vary, in this case, if you are not happy with the goods received, you are entitled to a refund of your order and the cost of your return postage.

We do our best to maintain correct pricing online and in store but very occasionally an incorrect price slips through. In these cases we reserve the right to not complete the order until the cutomer has been contacted. If the customer is uncontactable or fails to get back in touch with us, we will treat the order as cancelled and refund payment accordingly. We are not obliged to supply the goods at an incorrect price.
Some browser software and screens can slightly alter the appearance of some colours, Pete Bland Sports cannot accept responsibility for this.

Any discounts or discount codes are subject to change and no discount codes may be used against the purchase of Pete Bland Sports Vouchers unless by our discretion.
If you manage to order an out of stock item (usually when somebody buys it in store at the same time), we will offer you an alternative item or else offer a cancellation and refund. It is also possible to place an out of stock item on Back Order, meaning we will wait until the product is back in stock, then fulfil your order, we will always contact you to discuss your options before doing this.
If your order is incorrect or incomplete, contact us by phone on (01539) 731012 or email email@example.com Monday-Friday between 9am and 5:00pm. We will ask you to return the incorrect item, we will send you the correct one if possible and refund you your return postage.
All goods sold online are done so under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (formerly Distance Selling Regulations) as of 13th June 2014. All information that we are required to provide under the CCR 2013 can be found on this page.
Cancelling An Order
If you wish to cancel your order at any time, please call us on (01539) 731012 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, if your order has not been despatched we can alter or cancel it. The mail order department operates Mon-Fri so any cancellations or changes will be carried out on the following Monday, we will contact you by email once it is done.
If your order has already been despatched, we are unable to alter it. If necessary, you may have to return the order to us to make any alterations. This is done so at the customer's cost unless there is an error in our despatch.
We despatch goods worldwide, 5 days a week, 9am-4:30pm.
We use Royal Mail for goods delivered in the UK while international orders are passed on to partner companies once they leave the UK.
Orders placed over the weekend (after 1pm Friday) and Bank Holidays will be posted on the following working day.
If you would like your parcel left in a safe place, we can advise Royal Mail to do so but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this is a secure location. Pete Bland Sports is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a delivery being left in a designated safe place. If you are unsure whether you will be present to receive your parcel and have no safe location for it to be left, you can designate a different delivery address, i.e. work.
Delivery times reflect the value of goods.
Next Day Delivery is a guaranteed delivery up to 6pm the following day, including Saturdays (but not Sundays), place your order before 1pm to ensure despatch in time. We do not despatch any orders (including Next Day Orders) on Sat-Sun or Bank Holidays.
Next Day Deliveries are only guaranteed for UK Mainland. If you are ordering to Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland, we cannot guarantee their delivery the next day but it will be expedited. If you have any queries, please contact us.
In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.

We have extended our returns policy for Christmas. Any Christmas gifts bought online or in store between 10th November 2023 and 24th December 2023 can be returned up until, and including, 15th January 2024
Please fill in the returns form on the reverse of your invoice so that we can deal with your return as quickly as possible. Please do not attach any stickers or postage to the product or packaging itself but wrap it up in some kind of protective covering (the blue bag it arrives in turned inside out often works best) and ensure it is sealed securely.
Remember to include everything with which it arrived, i.e. box, tags, labels etc.
Postage costs for non-faulty returns are covered by the customer, we recommend a 2nd Class Tracked Service with Royal Mail.

If you receive a faulty item or your item develops a fault outside of normal wear and tear, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help and advise the best way to deal with this.
If you are returning worn or used goods, please ensure they are in a clean and dry condition as many manufacturers will not accept wet or soiled returns and we don’t really like handling them either!

The final decision regarding any fault is with the manufacturer.
Many manufacturers require us to return the faulty item before they will issue a credit or replacement; this may take up to 4 weeks but usually less.
The Sale of Goods Act (1979), states as a general rule that ‘goods should last for a reasonable time and in a reasonable condition’. We take a common sense approach to reasonable use, allowing for the conditions in which our products are commonly used.
All products sold by Pete Bland Sports are sold ‘Fit’ for purpose , if you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your intended purpose, please check the description on the website or contact us on (01539) 731012 or email email@example.com
In some cases products are chosen by a customer that are not suitable (i.e. do not fit correctly or unsuited to the intended end use) and so cannot be considered unsatisfactory or faulty. In these cases Pete Bland Sports can only offer either a replacement or a full or partial credit note at their discretion.
Repairs, replacements and credit notes may not be given if you have damaged the goods yourself (i.e. if you have used them for a purpose not intended by the manufacturer), the damage is caused by normal wear and tear, if a shoe is not suitable for your feet i.e. excessive pronation or supination (and the incorrect support level chosen), or if the goods have lasted for as long as can reasonably be expected based on normal usage.
If a repair is impossible and a replacement unavailable then a credit note may be issued at Pete Bland Sport’s discretion, reflecting the date of sale, item sale price and the amount of use it has had.

By entering any competition held by Pete Bland Sports Ltd, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Competitions are open to anyone over 18 who is not an employee or associate of Pete Bland Sports Ltd. Prizes are subject to availability. Anybody who contravenes the terms and conditions of the competiton may be removed from the prize draw without notification. If you return your order, you are required to return any promotional goods received with it. Failure to do will result in a charge being incurred for the unreturned item.
Pete Bland Sports does not have a policy of Price Matching in store or online against other retailers. We feel we offer some of the best deals available and if you still feel that our price is unfair or unreasonable, we are happy to discuss it and treat each case individually but ultimately reserve the right to maintain our pricing as listed.
