Technical and aesthetic re-design of Akasha, the La Sportiva Mountain Running® shoe dedicated to endurance competitions, perfect for long-distance routes, Ultra Marathons, Ultra Trails, and extended training sessions. Comfort is ensured by the Cushion Platform™ insole insert for superior cushioning, generous internal volumes, and a soft, breathable, and wrap-around Slip-on upper construction that eliminates pressure points while running. The Dynamic ProTechTion™ active front reinforcements provide protection and structure, following the foot’s movement dynamically and without restrictions. The grippy dual-compound FriXion® Red outsole features the exclusive Trail Rocker™ solution, designed to promote the natural “heel outer – toe inner” movement during running. Laces and Ortholite® Hybrid footbed are also made from recycled materials. Akasha II: the ultra-runner’s code expressed through protection, comfort, and cushioning.
